Throughout 2024, we have hosted a number of tenant activations across our office assets to foster a sense of community and create spaces where people feel connected and engaged. From supporting mental health awareness on R U OK? Day to indulging in sweet treats on Gelato Day, hosting heart-warming charity appeals and supporting local pet rescues – each initiative has helped us foster a strong sense of belonging and camaraderie among tenants. Today, Centuria experienced a changing of the guard with Garry Charny retiring as #Chairman and Kristie Brown stepping into this position. Since Garry accepted Centuria’s Chairmanship nine years ago, we have experienced significant growth (#AUM increasing from <$2b to >$21bn) and we have expanded into new markets in terms of geographical reach and #realestate sectors. We have evolved considerably and we are proud to have shared this journey with you, Garry. #Thankyou.   As Garry steps down, the Board has unanimously elected Kristie Brown to take up the Chairmanship role, passing the mantle to an experienced professional with extensive legal, real estate and funds management knowledge. Since early 2021, Ms Brown has been a Non-Executive Director of the CNI Board and a member of the Group’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee (ARCC) and the Conflicts Committee. We are particularly proud that Kristie joins a very small group of #female ASX 200 real estate fund manager peers.
