Some of the team away in Dublin for the week working on an insights project, not only working on customer experience but also being on the receiving end. We love to celebrate and share when we've come across exceptional experience. The Mayson delivered that with what seemed like effortless ease. We could probably run through our CX principles white paper and find an example of each from our week with them. A beautiful hotel, great location, excellent leisure facilities and delicious food, all surpassed by the people. Whoever is responsible for recruitment and training deserves great credit, every single person we came into contact with was nothing short of genuinely happy and helpful.
