A great week here in Stellaer 212 and a most rewarding result after 9+ months of intense work by the team to achieve our AOC. Being the 1st SET-IMC AOC in the country is great milestone for us, being the 1st of anything is difficult, but we had great support from the Irish Aviation Authority and in particular from John Murray FRAeS and Ruth Bagnell along the journey. We've been operating for over 3 years in the business aviation space in Ireland, UK and Europe - but today, we are proud to be recognised as an Irish airline. Achieving an AOC is a thorough and tough project, there were potential easier pathways, but going through the rigor and detail of the Irish Aviation Authority process, underlines Stellaer 212's commitment to be best amongst the best. Celebrations were short lived, as we turn our focus now to our fleet additions in early 2025. We look forward to playing a key role in enhancing Irish business aviation in the years to come. #Stellaer212 #BusinessAviation #SETIMCAOC #IrishAOC #CAMO #ACOL #PilatusPC12NGX #PilatusPC24 #DublinWestonAirport #IBGAA
🌟 Stellaer 212 Celebrates Key Milestones in Business Aviation! 🌟 We are thrilled to announce a series of significant milestones that solidify Stellaer 212 as a leading force in business aviation in Ireland: ✈️ Regulatory Milestones: Stellaer 212 is proud to receive an Irish Air Operator Certificate (AOC), alongside CAMO approval and an Air Carrier Operating Licence (ACOL). Securing this AOC involved extensive efforts to demonstrate that our Pilatus PC-12 NGX aircraft meets the strict safety and operational standards required by the IAA. This process included submitting detailed documentation on continued airworthiness, ensuring that all operational criteria were met, and completing a successful proving flight in Ireland with the aircraft. ✈️ Fleet Expansion: In Q1 2025, we are excited to add an additional Pilatus PC-12 NGX to our fleet. A powerful, versatile aircraft, offering unmatched flexibility and performance for regional business travel. Featuring cutting-edge avionics and a spacious cabin, the PC-12 NGX ensures that passengers travel in comfort and style. Later in Summer 2025, we’ll introduce the Pilatus PC-24, a twin-engine jet that combines the benefits of a turboprop with the performance of a light jet. Known as the “Super Versatile Jet,” the PC-24 offers the largest cabin in its class and can land on short or even unprepared runways, offering our clients access to more destinations than ever before. David Mahon, CEO and Co-founder, shared: “Achieving the first SET-IMC AOC in Ireland and expanding our fleet are important steps toward fulfilling our vision for business aviation in the country. Our goal is to develop a robust and sustainable business aviation market in Ireland that supports economic growth, enhances connectivity, and strengthens Ireland's position as a key hub for global business aviation. By increasing access to efficient and reliable business aviation services, we are helping businesses operate more effectively and ensuring that Ireland is well-connected to international markets. As we grow, we’re focused on making business aviation more accessible, versatile, and integral to Ireland’s economic future.” David Hickey, COO and Co-founder, added: “With regulatory approvals in place, ongoing fleet expansion, and the development of Dublin Weston Airport, we are playing a key role in advancing the business aviation market in Ireland. The addition of another Pilatus PC-12-NGX, and Pilatus PC-24 strengthens our ability to provide flexible, reliable, and efficient aviation services, supporting the growth of Irish businesses and enhancing connectivity to global markets.” We are excited for the future ahead and remain focused on delivering excellence in every flight.
