Colman holds a BSc in International Business and French from Dublin City University and an MSc in Sustainable Finance from KEDGE Business School in Paris, both with First-Class Honours. His academic background in sustainability and business is complemented by his experience with Vestiaire Collective's Impact team, focusing on sustainable supply chains, resource efficiency, and consumer engagement. Additionally, Colman has worked as an analyst in the sustainable finance sector, driving innovative solutions that align financial strategies with environmental impact.   Colman's expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional sustainability and carbon management services to our clients. High level similarities between CSRD and CDP touched on today. Key points from a CDP responders perspective is that they are already speaking the language of the CSRD: Governance, Strategy, Impacts Risks and Opportunities, metrics and targets. CDP has long asked for proof points of measurable implementation of action against targets, something voluntary frameworks does not have the same emphasis on. CSRD requires companies to discuss action under any of the 10 topical standards. Looking forward to seeing more overlap and similarities in reporting frameworks in the future, streamlining reporting, so we can really focus our resources on implementing action. Colleagues in Goodbody Clearstream have a deeper analysis done on CDP/CSRD cross overs.
