On 28 November 2024, industry experts gathered at Musgrave’s DC in Kilcock for the ECR Supply Chain Workshop. Edward Robbins from Infosys discussed the latest technologies transforming supply chains, while Caoimhghin Daly and Mark Ennis from Musgrave shared how their AI forecasting and automated ordering systems are improving operations. How can companies move from intention to action on Inclusion & Diversity? At ECR Ireland’s latest I&D workshop on November 7th, hosted at the SymphonyAI building, Laura O'Donovan (She/Her), Business Development Director at the Irish Centre for Diversity, shared practical steps to help businesses develop or strengthen their I&D strategy. Topics covered during the workshop: 🔹 The Nine Grounds of Discrimination – Understanding the legal foundation is essential to building fair, inclusive policies. 🔹 Listening to Employees – Real progress starts with understanding team perspectives and addressing challenges that matter. 🔹 Integrating I&D into Company Culture – Moving beyond compliance to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and belonged. 🔹 Specific Training – Building awareness through training sessions on unconscious bias and inclusive communication. The session concluded with breakout discussions, allowing attendees to share I&D challenges within their companies and explore solutions collaboratively.
