Great news for mortgage holders as Avant Money announces reductions in mortgage rates and a new cashback offer. Mortgage interest rates are being reduced by up to 0.4%, along with the introduction of a new 1% cashback incentive on eligible mortgages drawn from January 2025. The rate reductions will apply across all BER levels and loan amounts. Brian Lande, Head of Mortgages at Avant Money, said: “As market rates fall, we are pleased to pass the benefit directly to our customers through reduced interest rates and a new cashback incentive. The cashback incentive is designed to offset the costs associated with moving home or switching mortgage.” “By reducing our One Mortgage rates, we are now offering customers the option to have complete certainty on their future mortgage repayments at no additional cost to our shorter-term fixed rate products where the rate and repayments will reset every few years.”  “The combination of our wider product range, straightforward low rates and our new cashback incentive makes Avant Money mortgages a very compelling option for anyone looking for a new mortgage,” said Lande. The new rates will be available for mortgages drawn from Thursday, 7th November 2024. The new cashback incentive will be available for eligible mortgages drawn between 1st January 2025 and 31st December 2025.  Those coming off fixed rates over the coming months can check how much can be saved with these latest offers from Avant Money. Applications can be made directly via Avant Money online at https://lnkd.in/e7eZjec or through our broker network. #ad #AvantMoney

  • Avant Money’s Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Group teamed up with Carrick-on-Shannon Tidy Towns committee on their Ash Tree Project. This is a conservation project designed to create a space where ash tree seeds can be germinated so that they can be planted into hedgerows to replace the large number of ash trees locally impacted by ash dieback disease, an invasive fungal pathogen, Hymenoscyphus fraxineus. David Caslin, Head of Compliance, Risk and Legal, and ESG said: “At Avant Money, sustainability is at the heart of our ESG strategy as we seek to protect the environment, biodiversity, and the local landscape. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with Tidy Towns on this important conservation initiative to try and repopulate ash trees that are affected by ash dieback so that future generations get to experience their beauty.” #Sustainability #TeamWork #TidyTowns #AvantMoney
