Building the ‘Rippling for the Middle East and North Africa’, Payroll startup Cercli (YC S23). I had the pleasure of spending time with Co-Founder David Reche to discuss the challenges and benefits of building a multiproduct SaaS in MENAP. Cercli addresses this challenge via software it developed that allows businesses in the MENA region to hire, manage and pay their global workforce. The platform, which aims to reduce human error and ensure full compliance for companies, has replaced individual HRIS systems and remote payroll solutions like Deel and Bamboohr for several customers because it provides more efficient services.
