We have had the pleasure of bringing smiles to children's faces with a visit from Kleeschen at our office, celebrating team achievements and welcoming little additions to the Linklaters family at our annual office party, and engaging with our community through various holiday events.   A highlight of this festive period is our annual indoor holiday market. It offers last-minute holiday shoppers the chance to explore a fantastic selection of handcrafted products made by local associations, all while supporting our community. 🌍 As we reflect on the achievements of this year, Linklaters Luxembourg is proud to share highlights from our ongoing support for the Unity Foundation. Through their efforts, and in partnership with organisations like Fundación para la Aplicación y Enseñanza de la Ciencia (FUNDAEC), important strides have been made in education and community development in Colombia and beyond. Unity Foundation empowers communities across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Our support has helped these inspiring initiatives flourish, demonstrating the power of collective commitment. As we prepare for the new year, our Community Investment Committee is excited to continue supporting projects that empower communities and drive sustainable growth worldwide. 🌟 Yesterday, we were delighted to host a group of 56 students from ESSEC - MS® Droit des Affaires Internationales et Management (DAIM) / LL.M. along with their director Hugo GIRARD for a visit that allowed them to gain insights into our Luxembourg Office and its various departments. This was followed by a networking breakfast providing an excellent opportunity for insightful exchanges between the students and our lawyers. 🌟 👏 Special thanks to Claudia Wagner, Adrien Timmermans, Adrian Danciu, Adrien Piron & Louis-Eudes Giroux for their active participation and sharing their valuable knowledge, and to all our lawyers who took the time to share about their experiences. 🙏 We view these engagements as essential for inspiring the next generation of talented lawyers and have been pleased to provide them with an insight into our environment. 

[Office Life] 🔎Focused on enhancing how we serve our clients and exploring new ways to improve, our Luxembourg team - including partners, associates, knowledge lawyers, and our innovation expert - came together for a series of collaborative sessions dedicated to knowledge.   We addressed areas such as horizon scanning, customised training, and innovations in AI and legal tech tools. [Deal announcement] A team led by Linklaters' Capital Markets & Banking Partners, Melinda Perera and Patrick Geortay, and assisted by Senior Managing Associate Thibaud Muller, Associate Adeline Delguste and Junior Associate Juan Ignacio Gomeza de Larrea, has advised a consortium of lenders, including BIL Corporate Finance, Caisse d'Épargne et de Prévoyance Hauts de France, Belfius Banque SA/NV, Banque et Caisse d'Épargne de l'État, Luxembourg, and KBC Bank N.V/S.A, on a €213 million green loan for Atenor’s Cloche d’Or project. This funding supports PwC Luxembourg’s future 34,500m² sustainable campus, highlighting Atenor’s commitment to green initiatives.
