🌱 ESMA published its proposed draft regulatory technical standards for loan-originating AIFs and invites stakeholders to give their opinions. It will consider feedback received by 12 March 2025 and intends to then publish a final report and submit the draft RTS to the EU Commission in Q3/Q4 2025.
