One of my customers tested and introduced Pipedrive on my recommendation, Lars. What we didn't think was absolutely necessary at first, but turned out to be very useful in this company, was advice and support in setting up the system and customizing it to our individual needs. The many possibilities make it very complex, so help from someone who knows the details is better than spending hours watching videos in the hope that you will find the solution to your problem. In Germany, around 24% of companies with 10 to 49 employees are using CRM software in 2023. Use increases with the size of the company; in larger companies with 250 or more employees, around 68% use CRM software. This puts Germany in the European midfield; we have some catching up to do.
