//CHINA HAS SET TWO WORLD RECORDS WITH OVER 10.000 DRONES IN SHENZEN China just set two world records with an amazing drone show over Shenzhen, where 10,197 drones lit up the sky for National Day. This cool event happened on September 26 at Shenzhen Bay Park and snagged Guinness World Records for the most drones flying at once and the biggest aerial image made by drones. The display featured awesome designs and cultural landmarks, including a part called “Sky City,” where the drones showed off famous bits of Shenzhen’s architecture and heritage. These shows, which use eco-friendly lighting effects, are a new twist on the traditional fireworks, providing a safer and more innovative way to showcase China’s tech skills. Drone swarm tech allows thousands of drones to be coordinated from one computer, opening up possibilities beyond just entertainment, like in surveillance, defense, and logistics. With its lead in drone production and epic aerial displays, China’s securing its spot as a global innovator in this area. //FORGET TESLA AND APPLE: THE REAL INNOVATION FACTORY IS PUMPING IN GERMANY   Still processing the incredible energy from the Wilo Group Innovation Awards. As I took the stage for my keynote on "Building an Innovation Factory," I was struck by something remarkable – nearly 100 ideas from every corner of the globe, each representing a unique perspective on innovation and sustainability.   In my talk, I shared what might seem counterintuitive: to succeed in innovation, you need to be relentlessly prolific. Launch something new every two weeks. It sounds radical, but innovation isn't about perfection – it's about rhythm, about making creation a habit rather than an event.   What truly impressed me was the global diversity of thinking. Ideas poured in from across continents, each shaped by unique cultural perspectives and local challenges. From cutting-edge pump technologies to revolutionary service solutions, the breadth of innovation was staggering.   While only five projects claimed awards, the real victory was in the sheer volume of forward-thinking ideas. This wasn't just a competition – it was a powerful demonstration of what happens when a company creates a culture where innovation knows no borders.   As I reflect on the event, one thing is clear: Wilo isn't just hosting innovation awards – they're nurturing a global community of dreamers and doers.
