A team from VOSSIUS (Dr. Joachim Wachenfeld and Dr. Florian Grasser) has successfully defended another patent owned by Alnylam, Inc. on Thursday, November 21, in opposition proceedings. The patent EP 3366775 covers siRNA molecules defined by position specific modifications and is thus not restricted to specific nucleotide sequences.
