We can't believe that it has been 5 years since Orbem's journey began. Last week we got to celebrate our 5th birthday 🎂 with a team that has grown and evolved at rapid speed since Orbem's foundation in 2019. We are so grateful for the enthusiasm that our team displays every day and for the drive and commitment that keep pushing us forward. It was a real pleasure to celebrate this milestone together (yes, there were some tears🥹). A big thank you to two of our "oldest" team members Eduardo Coello and Guido Kudielka for your inspiring talks about your development at Orbem. Thank you to Rüdiger Schmidt for the unforgettable and touching speech about Orbem's journey and your place in it. This week, we had the chance to be at EuroTier alongside our partner Vencomatic Group where we connected with key stakeholders. We were blown away by the awareness of our technology that already exists in the industry as well as in the interest in possibilities beyond in-ovo sexing that we offer, such as phenotyping and fertilization status detection. We appreciated the chance to have face to face conversations with people that we don’t get to meet every day. Antonius Hellenthal's insightful presentation of the Genus Focus at LOHMANN Deutschland 's booth was certainly a standout moment for us. A big shout out to the Vencomatic team for organizing such an amazing booth, showcasing the Genus Focus alongside the Meggsius Family and egg transport systems such as the Pegasus and Vencobelt.
