    Yesterday, we had the honour to host our annual ECI Group - business review meeting at the Sheraton Düsseldorf Airport Hotel. This event brought our team together to look back on 2024 and plan strategically for 2025.🚀 Key discussions revolved around: 💡 successes, challenges, and opportunities of 2024/25 💡 important projects to implement in 2025 💡 further strengthening cross border collaboration Overall sector trends highlight a dynamic shift in executive search, emphasizing technology integration, inclusivity, flexibility, and strategic talent management to meet the demands of the modern business environment. Our primary focus continues to be on supporting our clients with exceptionnel service. A warm thanks to everyone who made their way to Düsseldorf!     Yesterday, the ECI Group hosted our annual business review at the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Düsseldorf Airport, bringing together our Team to reflect on 2024 and strategize for 2025. The discussions centered on this year’s achievements, challenges, and opportunities, while outlining key projects to deploy in the coming year. Our focus remains on empowering our executive search members globally, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to better serve their clients. We are deeply grateful to all our members whose active participation and shared vision have set the stage for an exciting and impactful year ahead.

  • 📣Unlocking Motivational Insights   Over the past four months, Meyer & Söhne GmbH and the ECI Group members have conducted extensive interviews with candidates from various industries and sectors. The aim was to determine the most important factors that currently drive managers in their professional careers. Why would they change, why would they stay?   🔍We identified five key components for retention:   1. Clear growth opportunities - Lack of career development opportunities is a deal breaker. Candidates not only want a new challenge, but also future prospects.    2. Competitive salary - If stock options and performance bonuses are missing, top people will jump ship. It's not just the base salary that counts, but the long-term incentives.   3. Cultural fit - A lack of cultural fit can be costly for both sides. Managers in the industry are looking for an authentic corporate culture.   4. Flexibility - If hybrid working is not offered, candidates often drop out of the process. Home office or hybrid working is no longer a bonus - it's a MUST.   5. Efficient process - slow or unstructured processes are a deterrent.     It was an absolute pleasure to meet once again with our esteemed ECI Group team, this time a in the vibrant city of Krakow in Poland for our annual gathering 2024. It has become a valued tradition to meet once a year in one of our members countries. And again, our primary objective was to further strengthen the relationship with each other, in order to be able to collaborate even better as a server for our global clients. Furthermore, our goal was to exchange insights and best practices to enhance the capabilities and service levels of each member on our collective journey towards excellence. Our local member firm and hosts, MEISSNER & PARTNERS Executive Search and Organizational Development, welcomed us in a vibrant and colorful Krakow, and hosted a remarkable event.
