Condens hat dies direkt geteilt
🎉 It's that time of year again: year-end reflections! Here are a few highlights that made 2024 special for me 1️⃣ Our team grew like never before This year, we welcomed 5 amazing new colleagues to Condens: Phillis, Olivia, Erik, Iva, and Julian – plus our pawsome office companion, Tara 🐾. This growth has brought fresh perspectives and new skills that have all been valuable contributions to our team. At the same time we’ve worked hard to stay lean, streamlined processes and embraced automation. 2️⃣ A full year in our new office We’ve made it our cozy home, celebrated some fantastic team events, and leveled up our table tennis skills 🏓. Now, we’re on the hunt for a new office sport for 2025 – darts? Table ice hockey? Got a fun suggestion? Share your ideas! 3️⃣ Seeing long-term impact from our customers' work We’re so proud of the incredible things our customers are able to achieve with Condens. This year, we were particularly inspired by the stories that some of them shared. Just a few include Christian Richards from the The Weir Group PLC, Alexander Schüller from XXXLdigital – Part of XXXL Group, and Collin Pfender from ShiftKey. What their stories all have in common is that patience and consistent effort pay off. A good reminder that while quick wins are great, meaningful change takes time. Seeing our customers elevate research maturity and create real impact with their research repositories has been amazing. Here’s to an even brighter 2025! 🌟

What kind of future is in store for the “researcher” role? 🧐 More and more of the people who do research aren’t dedicated researchers, so how can researchers bring value to a company in this brave new world? Join us and Julian Della Mattia to learn more about how researchers can leverage their skillset to expand their role beyond just doing research. We’ll dive into topics including: 👨🏫 How to build a research culture 🏗️ How to build a research infrastructure 🗣️ How to build a voice *All registrants will also receive a recording of the event. ✨Register here: https://lnkd.in/dA2NkCVb

Who’s the cute little white ball of fur sitting on Iva’s lap? That’s Tara, our Office Doggo #2! 🐶❤️ Since joining Condens, Tara’s been on a networking mission to become best friends with Office Doggo #1, Monti from Lena. It’s a long-term project, but she’s demonstrated that she’s a hard worker who doesn’t give up easily! 💪 Check out the slides to find out more about Tara both in and out of the office, and stay tuned to meet more of the faces behind Condens! 😁

“Migrating research between repositories is a long, messy, and tedious process. What if projects don’t make it and research gets lost? 😣” Well friends, we’re happy to bust this myth and share that data migration can actually be a very short and smooth process - just ask Julie R. from SAS, who experienced it firsthand. Here’s how Condens makes it easy: ✨ Automatic migration of all your data (e.g., from Dovetail to Condens) ✨ Free project migration trial, no strings attached. Don’t let migration worries hold you back from a research repository you’ll love. Reach out and we’ll be happy to discuss how we can support you 🙌

“We cannot outsource the ethical considerations to AI alone. We need to be the ones making sure that the ethical obligations are met.” - Meltem (UX Career Coach) This can be tricky since different countries and companies have different policies, in addition to your own personal set of values as a researcher. But this checklist that Meltem shared in last week’s Meetup, “Confidently Navigating AI in UXR Analysis”, may be helpful👇 #ai #uxresearch
