  • Repositories get a bad rap for being hard to manage and even harder to navigate. But what about AI-powered repositories? What can they do differently? Here are 4 big benefits teams get from using a repository like Marvin: 1️⃣ You can centralize user insights in one place. This makes it easier to communicate learnings to stakeholders. 2️⃣ Optimize your research resources by using the repository to replace time-consuming manual tasks like transcription, tagging, and importing data. 3️⃣ Speed up the time it takes to get valuable insights to stakeholders, which also speeds up improvements to the user experience. 4️⃣ Empower the team to make data-informed decisions based on user insights in the repository. What do you think — want to try it out for yourself? Book a demo: https://lnkd.in/ecykWkAd

My word of the year was "nurture." 🌱 I kind of forgot about it around July, according to my Apple Watch and incessant Tonal workout reminders. But I diiiiid grow our Marvin stuffy collection from 1 to 100, sharing the love of this baby robot with fans around the world. We also now have multiple Marv-keters on our team! ✨ And top-secret information, available only to those of you reading LinkedIn on New Year's Eve Eve: We'll be hiring a few more in 2025 ✨ If you want to nurture one of the coolest brands around... make sure you're following Marvin 🤖 and watch for our new job alerts. (And if you have 3-5 years experience in B2B event marketing, feel free to tell me all about it in DM.) Happy New Year, friends! Stay safe and happy.

  • Earlier this year, Prayag & Ryan Leffel chatted about what it takes to be a great UX leader in 2024 (and beyond). Well, the year is almost over, but these tips are evergreen! Which ones are you carrying into 2025? 👉 Do a lot of self-reflection. Think holistically about where there's room for improvement, not just about the technical aspects of the job. 👉 Try not to worry about things that haven't happened yet. You can't always control an outcome. 👉 If you know a potential problem is coming up beyond your control, think about how you can have a positive influence. 👉 Learn how to talk about your work in a way that resonates with people, and in a way they will understand. 👉 Be honest about your needs and communicate early on. Don't wait to ask for help. 👉 Spend time with stakeholders to understand their expectations. Talk to everybody who you think you're going to work with AND talk to people who you don't think you're going to work with. 👉 Be empathetic. Take the time to learn about the different personalities on your team and how to approach and guide those people in different ways. If you missed this session or want a refresher before the new year, watch the replay here: https://lnkd.in/e_EvNRYB

  • 🔮 We know an easy way to predict how research/design teams approach their research strategy. Is it through a crystal ball, palm readings, or tarot cards? Nope! It's actually how you think about your repository.
