Authenticity is key to interview success, but preparation is essential. Reflecting on your journey and structuring your thoughts helps you articulate confidently. In a tough interview, I’d advise to stay calm and resilient, highlight achievements with quantifiable results and share challenges you have overcome to show problem-solving and adaptability. If possible, one should solve a hypothetical problem on the spot to prove my skills. Emphasis continuous learning through relevant courses and align one’s experience with the company’s needs. Citing positive feedback from past managers adds credibility. Finally, express enthusiasm for the role, showing passion and commitment to adding value.

Interviewing comes down to preparation. Go into any interview expecting that the interviewer will try to throw you off, this is purposefully done to see how you will think on your feet when actually working for the company. It's important to have at least 5 concrete examples of accomplishments in your current role. Depending on the question, one of these five examples should be applicable. Know the details of these examples inside and out, so you are able to tell a story to the interviewer. Even if you have to say, "I haven't done this exactly, but here is what I have done that reminds me of what you're asking and I think would translate well..." That's better than saying that you don't have relevant qualifications. Happy Interviewing!

It's always good to go in to a job interview fully aware of your strengths and weaknesses. And discuss them candidly. That way you can be confident of what you can achieve and constructive about what you need to learn or build on. It gives the employer confidence that you intend to grow with the business and offers them an opportunity to help shape that growth. Neither employees nor employers are perfect. An employment relationship deepens when both sides are contributing more than just labor and money.

In any interview if an interest is asking tough questions about the qualifications means one of the following two things.1. Either s/he doubts the authenticity of qualifications mentioned in your resume; or 2. S/he finds no linkage between your qualifications, especially of the technical proficiency and professional skills, and the experience you have mentioned in your CV. In the first case you can show the original certificates, tell about your professors, College and Colleagues and what they are doing now. This will lend credibility to what you have already written/informed. In the second case, you may refer to the work you have done and how your qualifications have helped you grow professionally and contributed in your success
