Today I have the opportunity to participate on the Plug and Play Tech Center here in Frisco where they presented their work along with many startups of their portfolios. I had a pleasure to meet Justus Bejnö, ATC, the CEO of Brainsafe, a company that uses AI to detect concussions. Their app is really going to make a big difference to all the sports practitioners. Through a very simple process, the app takes pictures of your eyes to learn about your normal brain state. Once it is trained, you can use it to monitor and see if you got a concussion after a head impact. It monitors the ability of your eyes to react to the light, which has correlation with a concussion. This is one of the most beautiful AI apps I've seen recently. Easy to use with a extremely high impact.
