We are Hiring! Company: Truck Lagbe Department: Shifting Position: Executive, Vendor Management Responsibilities: 1. Acquire New vendors in different areas as per organizational requirement. 2. Onboard vendors across different cities by gathering data from both online and offline sources. 3. Draft and execute vendor agreements in accordance with company policies. 4. Maintain vendor relationship for hassle free and compliant trip 5. Conduct daily follow-ups with vendors to monitor service quality and recommend improvements. 6. Follow up & monitor existing & new vendors. 7. Assist in organizing and conducting vendor training programs. 8. Make physical visits for ongoing trips. 9. Follow up vendors for commission collection. 10. Maintain vendor performance data and feedback from customers for vendor development. 11. Resolve vendor disputes or issues quickly and efficiently (if any) 12. Engage and motivate both new and existing vendors to improve performance. 13. Address any issues that arise during trips, focusing on customer (shipper) satisfaction. Target: 1. Vendor onboarding for shifting automation 2. Total trip follows up 3. Vendor follow up and trip visit 4. Corporate client onboarding 5.
