𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆𝟰𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮  Over the past two weeks, teams engaged in two knowledgeable sessions, gaining critical insights into building climate-resilient circular enterprises. Here's what they explored: 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 1️⃣| 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 From life cycle analysis to resource efficiency tools, participants dived into strategies for mapping climate impacts within circular business models. They explored how to quantify and validate climate benefits (avoiding double counting), combining theoretical insights with hands-on methods to elevate their #climateimpact measurement skills. 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 2️⃣| 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Deforestation, droughts, sea level rise, this session highlighted approaches to identify and manage climate risks and opportunities in circular models. Through real-world examples and case studies, participants learned how successful businesses have turned climate challenges into strategic advantages. Last week, the A4IP team joined CGIAR Scaling Week in Nairobi—📸 Swipe through some snapshots of the action! 🎤 Spotlight on RAMP – Research and Market Pathways:  In a dynamic side session, we introduced RAMP, our accelerator program designed to turn CGIAR research into market-ready solutions. Participants shared their experiences and challenges in bringing innovation to market; and together we explored how RAMP aims to support scientists at every stage—from understanding entrepreneurial concepts to full-scale acceleration.  💡 Key Takeaways:  1️⃣ There’s a strong need for tools and mechanisms that enable CGIAR innovations to transition smoothly from research phase to impactful, sustainable market solutions.  2️⃣ Scaling is about partnerships! We emphasized the role of external engagement in RAMP, including with agri-food industry leaders, impact investors, and venturing experts. Our discussions reinforced how RAMP complements existing internal CGIAR scaling efforts, aligning with the broader Scaling for Impact Program.  3️⃣ Building momentum: RAMP’s Discover phase has just wrapped up, with Launch and Accelerate on the horizon for 2025.
