Encouraging team-building activities strengthens relationships but also cultivates a supportive environment.

Like a team brunch or team outing somewhere Having regular meetings where employees can share their thoughts, feelings and views in an uninterrupted open space is great. Overall, it comes down to leadership and management in how they manage this but if they do not act quickly the service can also break down quickly as well

Meiner Erfahrung nach ist Burnout und Anspannung in Teams häufig die Folge von unklaren Arbeitsprozessen und Abstimmungswegen. Vor allem in der öffentlichen Verwaltung und der sozialen Arbeit ist es häufig nicht möglich bei höherem Aufgabenvolumen auch das Personal aufzustocken. Also sind folgende Schritte notwendig: 1. Übersicht schaffen über die abzuarbeitenden Aufgaben, im gesamten Team 2. Aufgaben priorisieren und Zeitfresser identifizieren 3. Aufgaben nach Stärken der Mitarbeitenden neu ordnen 4. Regelmäßige Einzel- und Teamgespräch zu Belastungssituationen 5. Vereinheitlichung und Automatisierung von unterstützenden Prozessen 6. Integration von KI als Booster, um Freiräume für relevante und sinnstiftende Aufgaben zu schaffen.

In the absence of internal administrative protocols and policies, especially regarding health (physical and mental), I propose: 1. Identify the cause of recurring cases and others; 2. Propose medium-term administrative mitigation solutions, monitoring their efficiency, for the benefit of the health of work teams, primarily covering women and security and finance personnel. 3. Workshops and exchange of experiences with other companies and institutions in the same sector to absorb best practices related to employee productivity and health.
