🌍 The Untold Stories of Life Behind the Wheel: Meet Raja Aftab🚛 Raja's journey from the farms of Pakistan to the highways of Europe is a testament to his dedication and passion. His story is one of determination and the pursuit of better opportunities for his family. Raja's roots are in Pakistan, where his father worked as a tractor operator. Inspired by his father, Raja developed a keen interest in driving, starting with tractors. His passion eventually led him to pursue a career in truck driving. After graduating, Raja began his professional journey in Pakistan before moving to Dubai, where he worked for over 15 years before seizing an opportunity to work in Europe. “I just do my best for every company. They are happy with me,” Raja shares about his work ethic. Raja enjoys his work in Europe, traveling across various countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, and Spain. He appreciates the better working conditions and opportunities in Europe compared to Pakistan. “I really love this work and appreciate everything I’ve learned here,” says Raja. However, the cold winters and the absence of his family make his job demanding. His family plays a crucial role in his life, and he misses them dearly when he is on the road. “When I’m not working, I like to cook. It makes me feel at home,” Raja reveals. Living in Europe has been a significant change for Raja. He finds European cities cleaner and less polluted than the big cities in Pakistan. Despite being away from home, Raja has built a community with his colleagues. “We have a little community; that’s important to have somebody to talk with and spend some time with,” he says. Raja plans to work in Europe for a few more years to save money and eventually return to Pakistan to start a business. His ultimate goal is to provide a better future for his family and contribute to his home community. Raja's story is a powerful reminder of the lengths people go to provide for their families and improve their lives. We are pleased to announce the appointment of our new leadership team. Mindaugas Pasilauskas joins us as CEO and Regina Jakuleviciene as CCO, effective October 15th.
