El pasado jueves 26 de Septiembre Tecsidel Sistemas Logísticos invitó a sus clientes a un evento exclusivo que organizó en Barcelona en el emblemático edifico BMC Business Center en Sant Quirze del Vallés. Fue una jornada profesional llena de innovación, tormentas de ideas, interesantes debates y networking, sobre operaciones logísticas gestionadas por el software de gestión de almacenes #SEGAWMS. El formato del evento combinó diversas presentaciones temáticas con un espacio para demostraciones que permitía entender de primera mano el potencial que puede aportar la combinación del software modular SEGA WMS con las tecnologías más prometedoras o con las ya establecidas, como son la identificación RFID, la visión artificial, los robots AMR, la localización precisa en tiempo real, el picking por voz o el PTL. Los casos de uso presentados resultaron muy inspiradores para los asistentes, ya que proponían una digitalización avanzada de sus procesos logísticos a través de la aplicación de tecnología, y una mejor interconexión con el resto de los procesos empresariales. Gracias a la inestimable colaboración de nuestros partners tecnológicos como Datalogic Software, SATO Logistik GmbH, FAW Logistics, Sewio, PTL Systems, Inc,Kyubi System | RFID Solutions y Posiflex Technology Inc., ofrecimos un contenido eminentemente “técnico”, donde cada participante se pudo llevar a casa ideas aplicables, y también compartir su punto de vista o necesidades. Tras las sesiones y demostraciones, se ofreció un coctel que sirvió para intercambiar impresiones entre todos los asistentes.

Eysa closes its third acquisition so far this year by acquiring Tradesegur Eysa, the Spanish technology Group dedicated to sustainable mobility management, has just completed its third acquisition this year by acquiring Tradesegur, for an undisclosed amount, according to the group. The firm has detailed in a press release that, with this operation, it also acquires its subsidiaries such as Lector Visión, dedicated to comprehensive artificial vision solutions applied to vehicle control, and Smartpol, which develops software and services focused on sanctioning procedures. Like Eysa, Tradesegur's main lines of business focus on urban and interurban mobility, highlighting within the urban area its activity in citizen security, as the firm has specified, where it provides management and supervision systems for multi-management platforms and video surveillance. On the other hand, in interurban, Tradesegur focuses on road safety, with solutions based on cameras and radars for road traffic control, solutions for speed control, weighing, drugs, and management of regulated parking and license plate reading. Tradesegur also provides technical assistance at all times, both for support and maintenance, to public and private clients from its control centre located in Barcelona, which is added to the one that Grupo Eysa has in Madrid for parking control (and which includes those of all the airports managed by Aena). Eysa's strategy director, Iván Pérez, has declared that the acquisition of Tradesegur is "another step forward" to strengthen the company's position as a "global leader in comprehensive smart mobility services, whose solutions are currently present in more than 30 countries." For his part, the CEO of Grupo Eysa, Javier Delgado, has highlighted that with this operation, the company is incorporating "a group with a long track record in the sector and the latest technology in road safety systems and artificial vision and image analysis, which will allow us to reinforce our ESG strategy." In addition, Delgado has added that it will also help consolidate the firm's position with clients such as the DGT, the State Security Forces and Corps or the main Spanish cities. "The acquisition of Tradesegur and Lector Visión, which, as product companies, will continue to maintain complete management autonomy, completes the catalogue of products available for inclusion in comprehensive mobility management proposals," concluded the CEO. Finally, in terms of employees, this operation means that more than 100 employees will be added to Eysa's offices in Madrid, Bilbao and Barcelona.

Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) has been deployed by #NHAI on the #Bengaluru-#Mysuru access-controlled section of NH-275 in #Karnataka. The state-of-the-art system will enhance road safety and will help to reduce incident response time and digital enforcement. ATMS features VIDES and VASD technology installed at six locations and is integrated with National Informatics Centre, MeitY to generate e-Challans for defaulters. ATMS is also connected to a high-tech Command & Control Centre for immediate incident response to save precious lives. #BuildingANation

SkyToll successfully completes pilot project of #GNSS toll system in India❗ 🛰 🚛 The Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) Pilot Project demonstrated a free flow detection system capable of toll classification and traffic monitoring on highways in India while maintaining normal traffic flow. Based on the approval from Indian Highways Management Company Ltd. (IHMCL), SkyToll started the technology testing within a short period of several weeks. The successful trial demonstrated and evaluated the performance of integrated GNSS technology at speeds that ensure free-flowing traffic. Additionally, a user acceptance test was conducted within the existing #NETC payment ecosystem to showcase various payment methods such as UPI, credit card, and bank card as alternatives for toll payments. In coordination with the IHMCL, SkyToll and its partners conducted the pilot on the Rohtak - Hisar section of the National Highway 10. During the pilot, the integration of GNSS software with the existing #FASTag payment ecosystems was tested and found to be working correctly according to IHMCL. "I am proud of the entire team involved in the test. In a very short time, we have proven the functionality of a technology that can significantly improve traffic flow on tolled road infrastructure in India. Replacing traditional toll plazas with modern technology might not only enhance travel comfort but also contribute to increased road safety in India," said Polakovič Peter, Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at SkyToll. India is a market with enormous potential. SkyToll's proven and reliable solution can help address a number of challenges that local transport infrastructure managers face in toll collection. That is why SkyToll decided to open a centre of excellence, SKYTOLL PRIVATE LIMITED, in Mumbai.
