Lets talk Mental Health 💭 Creating a culture and environment that everyone feels safe and happy in, is so important for me, and everyone at Direct Affinity CX. We know that every individual has their own challenges and life isn't always plain sailing; that's why we've taken another step to support and empower our colleagues further. I'm so pleased to say that this week we have had 5 of our wonderful UK team qualify as Level 2 Mental Heath First Aiders - providing them with the skills to be able to offer support and a friendly ear to everyone else in the team. We're definitely feeling the holiday spirit at Direct Affinity CX! This first week of December isn't over and already our Head of Operations, Lottie Roberts, has lead the way with decorating the tree, getting creative with gingerbread houses, and icing biscuits. I am delighted to announce that Paul Flood and Lottie Roberts have accepted an invitation to become main board members of Direct Affinity CX, having both already served as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Paul has led and continues to lead our technological transformations, putting us at the forefront of the provision of real life applications of AI for our clients. He has decades of experience in software development and brings seasoned analytical expertise as well as a passion and drive for advancement to the senior table. Lottie’s role in the company has evolved over the years, from gaining firsthand experience in various departments to now overseeing complex projects and operational processes. She leads with passion and humility, and she brings new and modern thinking to critical business issues. As we face shifting consumer expectations, rapid technological advancements and a need for greater sustainability, the old ways of thinking will no longer suffice. We need leaders who can innovate and adapt, and Lottie and Paul will be at the forefront of how our business meets the growth expectations and challenges that we have ahead of us.
