Individuals grow at minimal cost through management games, watching movies and series, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, group reading, sharing knowledge within the group, and participating in sessions to present learned content from these growth resources. They read, watch, listen, speak, and engage.

Have them help with training sessions. Not only does this make a fantastic use of resources you already have, it's also great recognition for some or your top employees.
