I'm of the same mind, mindfulness can be a great way to manage these feelings and stay grounded, allowing you to approach the issue with a clearer, calmer mindset. Some mindfulness strategies that had helped me are: - Pause and take a few deep breaths. - Practice acceptance of the moment. - Shift your perspective with a "beginner’s mind". - Use a mantra or affirmation. - Check in with your body. - Set small, incremental steps to solve the problem. - Give yourself permission to walk away. - Practice gratitude for what’s working. - Visualize yourself solving the issue calmly. - Mindfully reflect after resolving the issue.
