PULS has acquired the Italian DC UPS specialist Adel System srl. The new products complement our existing DC UPS offerings with Adelsystem’s all-in-one solution and extensive communication capabilities. This acquisition strengthens our technological and market leadership in industrial DC power supplies. Adelsystem’s DC UPS solutions open new opportunities for scalable system solutions in demanding applications such as energy supply, renewable energy, water and wastewater management, and telecommunications. Bernhard Erdl, CEO and founder of PULS, says: "Adelsystem and PULS share a passion for innovative and reliable power supply solutions. Through this acquisition, we are combining our expertise and expanding our capabilities to meet even the most demanding customer requirements in areas such as infrastructure, energy, and telecommunications." Stefano Artoni, CEO of Adelsystem, explains: "The merger with the PULS Group is an excellent opportunity to combine our technological expertise in DC UPS systems with PULS’ innovation and global presence. Together, we can further develop our products and solutions, while accessing new markets to better meet the growing demand for reliable and scalable power supply systems." The initial phase of integration will focus on mutual product distribution within both organisations. Synergies in research and development, procurement, logistics, and production will be explored. In the long term, Adelsystem will be integrated as a competence center for DC UPS systems within the PULS Group.
