Soon after starting to work with email deliverability, I realized it was all about humans. Because what I see is that most of the time, the clients are responsible for the deliverability issues they have. In fact, the technical aspect of email deliverability is usually the smallest problem. Individuals often panic and may take actions that are counterproductive. It's crucial to explain the plan, provide a resolution ETA, and ensure orderly execution to solve inbox problems effectively. Given the unusual circumstances, with social distancing.. many companies had to switch over entirely to digital marketing solutions. Email marketing? The popularity grew. At that point, I had already been consulting within email deliverability for a while. But with the growing need for deliverability help, MailSoar was born. Many companies sent tons of marketing emails, but where were they going? They didn’t know. And who could they ask of how to fix it? There we were. The need for help continued, and MailSoar served many companies worldwide during our first time of existence. Eventually, we figured out a good procedure.
