À propos

BIA (Biopolymers Interactions Assemblies) is a research unit of INRAE, part of the Transform division. It employs around 200 people, half of whom are permanent INRAE staff and the other half short-term contract staff (including PhD students and post-docs). To achieve this goal, the BIA's scientific priorities are as follows: 1- Describe and control the quality of plant production to meet different uses, in a context of increasing variability and agro-ecological change. 2- Develop the foods of tomorrow: healthy, sustainable foods. 3- Design bio-based composite materials with innovative functionalities
