Starting in #Dubai, where Nicolas represented GOURMEY on stage at the Gulfood Manufacturing summit and share our recent progress in the cultivated protein space. Then, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) invited us to #Riyadh, where Nicolas engaged with the first cohort of MEVA's #Sunbolah foodtech accelerator program, operated by the Hello Tomorrow team between Paris and Riyadh. We also had the opportunity to participate in #Biban, Saudi Arabia’s leading entrepreneurship summit, which gathers over 100k visitors every year.
