Dear network, I wish you all the very best for 2025. A year in which Egis teams around the world will continue to build a better future together. 2024 was another exceptional year for the Egis Group, with highlights such as - The great work done by our 150-strong Paris 2024 team on the Group's infrastructure, - the opening of numerous new/upgraded offices around the world, in line with the growth of our workforce and to ensure the best working conditions for our employees. - our growth in North America, with Egis breaking into the ENR Top 500 US design firms at number 146. - The business wins and contract renewals I've witnessed around the world, a strong symbol of the confidence in Egis in all our markets. On a more personal level, I've been delighted to take part in events and major milestones as CEO of the Egis Group, such as the signing of the technical assistance contract for the extension of the Kenitra high-speed line to Marrakech, in the presence of the French President Emmanuel Macron and His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco. I've also had the pleasure of representing MEDEF International at several summits and becoming President of the Fondation INSA, building on my current involvement with the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées Centre Val de Loire as a sponsor of this student development. An action-packed year, in short! I could go on with dozens of other reasons to be satisfied with the great work achieved in 2024. Let's sum it up this way: I'm very proud of the work done by our 19,500 Egis employees around the world, who do their best to bring our technical excellence, our signature, to all the projects in which we are involved. As I have the privilege to visit local teams regularly, I'm always humbled by the great achievements they successfully achieve, a fair reflection of their great work! I expect 2025 to be no different from 2024. Let's keep it up! #ImpactTheFuture #EgisGotTalent

Last, but definitely not least! Tomasz Gruszkowski's 2024 year was marked by a great, challenging project in Poland, developed in BIM and making dozens of designers collaborate at the same time! 😲 The positive? Having amazing experts and trust-worthy partners at Egis to make our project successes! 🤝💚 2025 will be full of ambitions for Tomasz, that can count on our Group to fulfill them! PS: Sabine Bonnard: we have our first "Inside Move" candidate of the year in Tomasz! 😇🤝 The last day of 2024 marks the end of our video testimony series! As she has spent most of 2024 in maternity leave, Charlène Mari had the opportunity to ease back into her role, while getting full support from her team! 👶👊 Still focusing on her activity, 2025 will be another year of progress towards more technical excellence, greener aviation and implementation of more innovations in the industry! ✈

🎬 Working on an historic bridge project in the U.S. while working towards limiting environmental impact: that's the star action of Kristin Wing's 2024 year at Egis in the U.S.! 🦆💧 Concertation remains at the core of our action, involving local steakholders in the process! 🤝 2025 will be a year of continuation on the collaboration plan, making sure all expertises are used at their best in the interest of our clients and their projects! 💚
