Claramente, por tratarse de adultos, el aprendizaje debe abordarse desde la andragogía, es decir, aprender haciendo. Por lo tanto el abordar los nuevos protocolos aplicándolo a casos reales, ya sea en ambientes controlados o simulados, generara mayor comprensión, mejor recordación, pero por sobre todo la apropiación de dichos protocolos pues se entenderá el propósito que tienen y como impactan en el servicio.

Any change will establish a resistance and this is a normal feedback from the team because since long time using the old on so to be familiar with the new protocols needs to : 1- understand it and more practice with no pressure. 2-always communicate with the team and maintain help. 3- listen to there options and solve there problems. 4- always let them ask questions which will help them to be more confident
