  • Another milestone achieved: our latest data center project in Chicago is officially sold!   In partnership with Skybox Datacenters, we transformed one of our Illinois warehouses into a turnkey data center, now owned by HMC Capital.   This project is part of our long-standing commitment to finding higher and better use opportunities within our portfolio. Over the next four years, we plan to invest $7-8 billion in approximately 20 new data center projects.     We are helping Sostrene Grene establish their first distribution center beyond Denmark!    The all-electric facility at Prologis Park Venlo DC9 is set for completion in Q3 2025. Here are the details: ✔️ A built-to-suit project tailored to Søstrene Grene’s operational and environmental priorities. ✔️ Designed to lower carbon emissions during construction and operation, using an all-electric setup and recycled materials. ✔️ Flexible and durable in its design to adapt to future needs, while promoting employee wellbeing and targeting WELL Gold certification.   This project is a prime example of our commitment to creating logistics spaces that align with our customers’ goals and our vision for lasting, flexible and lower-carbon buildings.
