  • As we bring home back to Zagreb the trophy, bountiful knowledge, and the start of a remarkable and paramount partnership with Deutsche Telekom, we reflect on the groundbreaking event that ignited a wave of innovation for all, hubraum's Telco API Challenge!   It was there that our own Dominik Rojković and Oliver B. had the chance to leverage the alluring new technology from the lab, the vanguardist Network APIs, and develop and test the "by-and-by" of what communicating with guests can be synonymous with - customer journey and the exceptional experiences provided are the bottom line of our solutions (#TourisminSky, #InnovativeContactInSky, #MessageInSky), and once again we greatly progress on bringing substantial innovation to it!   We are greatful for being given the opportunity to participate in such an exciting initiative, with fellow ambitious teams and colleagues, and enthusiastic for what comes next.     Around the World – Not in 80, but in 14 Days 🙌 From the bustling EU Business Hub to the vibrant and dynamic Seoul, this journey has been nothing short of transformative. Seoul, a city that seamlessly blends ancient traditions with cutting-edge modernity, offered a glimpse into a culture that's both fascinatingly different and deeply inspiring. From their unique customs, the unmatched hospitality of its people, to their unwavering willingness to help—a profound lesson in kindness was ever-present. 👏 The experience was enriched further by the connections with brilliant European and Korean colleagues Chris Rybka, Damian Molyneux, Dr. Marios THOMA, Gabriele Destefanis, Zisis Tsiropoulos, Frantisek Takac, Sakari Keskitalo, Inês d'Orey, Gabriel Bota, Adrian Herdan, Joan Markus Varik, Mike Bowman, Tom Handrischik, Andrea Lugli, Luca Cavina, Domas Žemaitis, Asier Urriz Iglesias, Vesa Aaltonen, Mihai Runcan, Boris Grivič, Luka Mulej, Gregor Štefanič, Sebastiaan van der Peijl, Jeong Yeol(Jungle) Kim, Sejeong Kim and the warm welcome extended by our Croatian Embassy in Seoul. Special thanks to Damir Kusen, Marko Zoričić, and the director of HTZ, Marko Jurcic, for their invaluable insights and camaraderie during an unforgettable week in this incredible city. 👍 Crossing the Pacific, the adventure continued in the United States, where California felt like a second home. Los Angeles, with its sprawling landscapes, multicultural vibrancy, and relentless entrepreneurial spirit, offered a perfect backdrop to connect and collaborate. A heartfelt thank you to our embassy in LA, Renee Pea and Jelena Božičević, for their support, and to all the amazing colleagues Anci Borozan, MBA, Ivan Kumric, Ivan Ivankovich, Peter Hazdovac, Jack Baric, Marko Zoretic, Joseph Posavec MBA I had the chance to meet during this leg of the journey. 🙂 Traveling like this—immersing in the culture, understanding business practices, and becoming a part of the local community rather than merely observing as a tourist—has a way of broadening perspectives and bridging differences.   • Announced at the beginning of this week as well, was InSky's ventures in quite literally the other side of the world, as Trpimir Kvesic represents us in Seoul as part of the EU Business Hub - Japan and the Republic of Korea Business Mission to South Korea. A national news channel, MTN reported on the initiative, describing it as a "bridgehead for Korean and European companies". They mention how "the number of European companies seeking business exchange opportunities in Korea has increased", and InSky Solutions naturally finds itself in the pool of ambitious organizations that come to know this potential market by interacting directly with it! At the 5G Lab, they’re not just working with cutting-edge Network APIs - they are building and testing the next era of guest-centric communication possbilities, that redefines how technology bridges connections. 💬📡   At the same time, almost 8000 km and 8 timezones from there, our CEO Trpimir Kvesic is spreading the word about it in Seoul, flying the InSky flag high as one of the 36 European companies that were given the opportunity of participating in the prestigious, week-long EU Business Hub - Japan and the Republic of Korea Business Mission to the Republic of Korea, a gateway to the forefront of innovation in the asian country.   • VIDI AWARDS 2024: Innovative ContactInSky is awarded the Silver Tesla Egg! It was earlier this week, at the luscious Emerald Ballroom of the Esplanade Hotel, that InSky Solutions' CEO Trpimir Kvesic was presented with the silver prize by the jury of this prestigious hi-tech innovation competition, renowned by the extremely detailed, objective and professional evaluation process that was established with experts from the Ruđer Bošković Institute and FER, which have been cooperating with the esteemed VIDI-the new tech media company for almost 20 years. More than 40 notorious projects applied for the competition, and Innovative ContactInSky, InSky's perennial crown jewel, was one of the very few that made it to the top. The Tesla Egg, in the words of VIDI's founder Tomislav Kotnik, "is proof of the technological excellence of an idea and its great potential. Being selected (...) means that you have gone through a long evaluation process and that we expect success from such innovations". A huge congratulations to the whole of InSky team, which constantly work on keeping our AI omnichannel contact center in the highest ranking of communication and hospitality digital solutions, and has once again seen their efforts duly recognized. Imagine blending forward-thinking tech solutions with world-class connectivity: our 5 EU finalists will do just that with Telekom’s Network APIs and tap into unprecedented opportunities. ⚡️ From redefining live entertainment and advancing the automotive industry, to transforming hospitality, emergency services, and identity protection, TapGig, Tata Elxsi, InSky Solutions, GIRTAB, and Perfect ID will test 3 of our Network APIs: Device Status, Location and Quality on Demand (QoD). Kudos to the teams for making it to the final! The next step?
