This holiday season, we are reminded of the true meaning of Christmas—spreading love and supporting those who need it most. 💕 Through our participation in the Athens Authentic Marathon, Quest Holdings SA companies donated €50 to Το Χαμόγελο του Παιδιού - The Smile of the Child for each runner, raising €8,750. The majority of this amount came from our #UniQue Uni Systems team, both runners and donors. Thanks to this generous contribution, 30 families will celebrate the holidays with Christmas and New Year’s meals, gifts, and decorations to light up their homes. 🎄 We couldn’t be prouder of our people for their support and dedication! 🥰 #LifeatUniSystems

Our innovation pathway leads us to the top! 🚀 Following ALAMEDA project and 5G-INDUCE, the ELEGANT project, where Uni Systems Luxembourg is involved, has been recognized by the Innovation Radar as being among the most promising innovations in EU-funded research and innovation projects. This initiative aims at unifying Big Data and #IoT software ecosystems through global orchestration of dynamic code motion, efficient usage of available resources and adaptive security features. Our #UniQue people are at the heart of everything we do, fueling our success over the past 60 years. They are doing their best to help Uni Systems achieve its goals and bring our vision to life. 🙋♂️ 🙋♀️ For 2023, one of our key #SustainableDevelopment priorities was to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our employees. This year alone, 148 new jobs were created, bringing the total number of new hires to 220. We are deeply committed to supporting our employees in their career journeys. Fostering an inclusive work environment, embracing diversity and ensuring equal opportunities were among our #SustainableDevelopment goals for 2023. We are committed to promoting a culture that not only respects but embraces gender diversity and equality, guaranteeing equal rights and opportunities for every employee. 🙌 This year, we proudly recorded zero complaints related to human rights violations or discrimination. In an internal survey focused on women’s empowerment, 64.6% of our female employees affirmed that there are no barriers to stepping into roles with greater responsibilities within our organization. Highlighting it is not just about preserving the past; it’s about celebrating identity, inspiring the present, and building a meaningful future. 🏛️ The digitisation of the former Royal Estate of Tatoi makes us really proud, with the dedicated team of experts recording, documenting, and photographing a remarkable collection of household items at the Former Royal Estate of Tatoi, dating from the late 19th century to the third quarter of the 20th century. By preserving these invaluable pieces of history, we aim to ensure that Greece's cultural legacy will continue to inspire and educate for many years to come. Our Christmas Charity Bazaar has been spreading the holiday cheer for 15 years! 🎄 ✨ Today we enjoyed delicious homemade treats and raised funds a good cause. Thanks to our incredible Christmas Cooks, along with the generosity of everyone who joined us, we raised funds for an amazing cause—helping the children under the auspices of the Attica Region Social Welfare Centre and the Child Protection Branch "Mitera". Our Sustainability Report for 2023 is out! 🌱 Sustainability is at the core of our values and strategic vision, therefore environmental protection has been one of our most important hashtag #SustainableDevelopment goals for 2023. As we recognize the urgent need to address climate change and protect our natural resources, during this year we focused our efforts in minimizing our environmental footprint and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. 🌍 In 2023, 26% of Uni Systems’ revenue came from sustainable services, while green origin electric energy consumption reached 28%.
