During the holidays, we all find a little more time to explore. For those staying in Athens, we highly recommend a visit to the National Gallery. Recently, as part of our Group's wellbeing program, ARMONIA, a group of 86 colleagues had the privilege of experiencing this cultural gem. With the guidance of three expert guides, we explored the incredible exhibits and delved into the masterpieces of great Greek painters such as Nikiforos Lytras, Dominikos Theotokopoulos (El Greco), Konstantinos Parthenis, and others 🖼️. However, the 📞 phone number listed was not for Santa Claus, but for the classified line of North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), which, during the Cold War, was specifically designed to provide early warning in the event of an imminent attack. In 1955, a child called NORAD, believing he was reaching Santa Claus, and the command team responded with joy, recognizing the opportunity to entertain the children! Since 1958, with the increase in phone calls, hundreds of volunteers have been assigned each year to answer calls from children all over the world, keeping this ✨ magical tradition linking NORAD to Santa Claus alive. For one more year, during Christmas festive period, Info Quest Technologies, together with all Quest Holdings SA companies stand by the Organization Το Χαμόγελο του Παιδιού - The Smile of the Child. As like every year, for each one of our 🏃♂️runner who participated in the Athens Marathon, as well as those who participated on the 5Km and 10Km runs, we donate €50 to the Organization “The Smile of the Child.” This year's participation exceeded all expectations!
