    MIS vs CRM: the choice is harder than it seems 🔻 Sales automation in the medical field comes with specific challenges, particularly in choosing a system and setting up business processes. It requires the implementation of specialized software solutions that address the particular needs of medical facilities. First of all, it is important to understand that MIS and CRM have different purposes and functions: ▪️ MIS (medical information system) is a type of "hybrid" that merges a medical accounting system with CRM elements. It manages medical information, general patient data, and their interactions with the medical institution ▪️ CRM (customer relationship management system) is aimed at managing customer interactions and supporting sales and marketing processes.
