🌟 In-kind support Delivery to ORE Winner: Contributing to the Dates Value Chain We’re excited to announce the delivery of in-kind support to another outstanding winner of the 2nd edition of the Regional Odysseys of Entrepreneurship (ORE) competition. This initiative, launched by the USAID-funded ISED-BMK Project, in partnership with the Regional Investment Center in Beni Mellal-Khenifra, Sultan Moulay Slimane University, and OFPPT – Beni Mellal-Khenifra, supports innovative projects across the region. This innovative startup, led by a young OFPPT graduate, is pioneering the production of date syrup and coffee made from date seeds—an initiative being realized for the first time in the region. The project plays a significant role in enhancing the dates value chain. As one of 8 projects selected to receive in-kind and technical support, this startup demonstrates how entrepreneurship can drive regional development and create lasting impact. Throwback to the Results Workshop of the Community Planning Initiative for Youth, supported by the USAID-funded Inclusive Socio-Economic Development Project in the Béni Mellal-Khénifra Region (ISED-BMK), in partnership with the Association Intilaka for Development, Environment, and Culture Afourar (AIDECA). This workshop showcased the key milestones achieved over four months of dedicated volunteer work. This pioneering initiative enabled 18 young men and women from the commune of Zaouiat Cheikh—representing tourism stakeholders, associations, and cooperatives—to conduct field research mapping the needs, opportunities, and challenges of integrating youth into local affairs. They also examined youth perspectives on the barriers and obstacles to developing the tourism sector. Their efforts culminated in a series of recommendations aimed at local stakeholders, proposing localized solutions to address the priorities voiced by the youth. عودة إلى أهم لحظات ورشة تقديم نتائج مبادرة التخطيط المجتمعي للشباب، التي تم تنزيلها بدعم من مشروع التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الدامجة بجهة بني ملال خنيفرة (ISED-BMK)، الممول من طرف الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية (USAID)، وبشراكة مع جمعية الانطلاقة للتنمية والبيئة والثقافة أفورار (AIDECA) ، وهدفت هذه الورشة إلى استعراض أهم مراحل ونتائج المبادرة التي تم تنفيذها على مدى أربعة أشهر من العمل التطوعي. مكنت هذه المبادرة الرائدة 18 شابة وشاباً من جماعة زاوية الشيخ، فاعلين في قطاع السياحة أو منخرطين في جمعيات أو تعاونيات أو أصحاب أفكار مشاريع مقاولاتية، من إنجاز بحث ميداني لتحديد الحاجيات، الفرص، والإكراهات المرتبطة بإدماج الشباب في الشأن المحلي. كما عملوا على تحديد تصوراتهم حول الحواجز والعقبات التي تعترض تنمية القطاع السياحي، مما أثمر عن جملة من التوصيات الموجهة للفاعلين الترابيين بهدف بلورة حلول محلية تعكس الأولويات المعبر عنها من طرف الشباب.

بني ملال، 05 دجنبر 2024 نظمت جمعية “ائتلاف أفوس للنساء المنتخبات” بشراكة مع مشروع ISED-BMK الممول من USAID، ندوة جهوية ضمن حملة “16 يومًا ضد العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي” حول التمكين الاقتصادي والسياسي للمرأة. شهدت الندوة، بمشاركة أكثر من 150 شخصًا، عرض قصص نجاح وممارسات لتعزيز تمكين المرأة وتقليص العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، إضافة إلى تحديد خطوات لتعزيز استقلالها الاقتصادي. كما تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين الجمعية ومشروع ISED-BMK لتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق المشترك. وقد عرف اللقاء حضور السيد الكاتب العام للشؤون الجهوية و ممثل مجلس جهة بني ملال خنيفرة و ممثل وزارة التضامن والادماج الإجتماعي و الأسرة و ممثل الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية و عضوات جمعية ائتلاف افوس و منتخبات و منتخبون على ثلاثة مستويات محليا و إقليميا و جهويا و تعاونيات و شركات وثلة من الفاعلين،وممثلي المجتمع المدني.
