Trojena has acquired two Double-Shield boring machines that will be used to excavate two 3.8-kilomete-long ‘time travel tunnels’. These tunnels will be used to transport people from the Mirage Visitor Centre to Trojena’s vertical city, the Vault. This will be the first operating funicular rail system in the Kingdom and the steepest TBM driven funicular tunnel in the world. We successfully hosted the Local Community Employment Program at NEOM’s center at Prince Fahd bin Sultan University in Tabuk. This initiative was made possible through a collaboration with our partner, Webuild, and attended by the university director and partner leadership. The event celebrated the remarkable talent of top graduates in engineering, finance, and management. Trojena had the pleasure of interviewing over 100 students, leading to the signing of 25 candidates, with others awaiting confirmation. This initiative highlights our dedication to empowering local communities and nurturing talent for a brighter tomorrow. #Trojena
