Commercial Admin We are seeking a Commercial Admin to join our team! If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales and operational excellence, this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities: - Create, organize, and update sales databases and contracts. - Prepare and develop technical presentations and quotations for concrete to share with customers. - Coordinate tasks and to-do lists with sales engineers. - Follow up on sales progress/pipeline, forecasts, strategic insights, market intelligence, and tenders. - Act as a liaison between the sales department and other departments (finance, storage, operations, quality control). - Manage collections: aging reports, deductions, expected vs. collected amounts, progress billing, and validation letters. - Generate and update reports, including: Operations actual work volume (monthly) Contract log Tender log Raw material prices - Maintain a bidding log and track competitors' pricing. - Oversee daily and monthly schedules, ensuring optimal equipment and human capital productivity. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related tools

Over the past two years, we have dedicated our efforts to activating carbon utilization in one of the most challenging sectors to decarbonize—cement. Through the Ministry of Energy | وزارة الطاقة ‘s leadership, and our sustainable cementeous materials taskforce the industry has embraced carbon-cured concrete, an innovative technology that injects carbon dioxide into ready-mix concrete, resulting in stronger, more durable materials with a reduced carbon footprint. The journey began with a MOU signed with NEOM in January, focusing on activating sustainable applications within NEOM’s projects. It culminated recently in a significant milestone: the signing of an MOU between CarbonCure Technologies , Gulf Cryo , and ABDULLAH ABDIN FACTORIES following the successful installation and activation of carbon-cured concrete at NEOM. This progress showcases the power of collaboration and a shared vision in driving meaningful change. I am proud to have lead this transformative journey and look forward to building a more sustainable future. It’s been an honor working with Chad Mahoney Elie Adaimy Reham Alkhammash Matthew Plumbridge Rania Maroun شهدت العامين الماضية جهود وزارة الطاقة ونيوم لتفعيل اعادة استخدام الكربون في قطاع الأسمنت والذي يعتبر اكثر القطاعات تحديًا. وهذا من خلال فريق العمل المختص بالمواد الأسمنتية المستدامة، حيث تبنت الجهات الرائدة في مجال صناعة الخرسانة، تقنية الخرسانة المعالجة بالكربون، و التي تعتبر تقنية مبتكرة تحقن فيها الخرسانة الجاهزة بثاني أكسيد الكربون مما ينتج عنه مواد أقوى وأكثر متانة و بانبعاثات كربونية أقل. بدأت هذه الرحلة بتوقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع نيوم في يناير من هذا العام، بهدف تفعيل التطبيقات المستدامة في مشاريع نيوم. واختتمت مؤخرًا بإنجاز تمثّل بتوقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين الشركات CarbonCure وGulfCryo وعبدالله عبدين، بعد نجاح تركيب وتفعيل تقنية الخرسانة المعالجة بالكربون في نيوم. وبدوره هذا التقدم يبرز قوة التعاون والرؤية المشتركة في تحقيق التغيير الإيجابي. فخورة بقيادة هذه الرحلة التحولية لبناء مستقبل أكثر استدامة. #Sustainability #CarbonUtilization #CarbonCuredConcrete #NEOM #GreenConstruction #Innovation
