This week, our incredible Waabi team traveled from Toronto, SF, Pittsburgh, and beyond—engineers, researchers, and innovators from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. United by our vision of transforming mobility, we came together at our Lancaster, Texas terminal. Over two days of deep collaboration, our differences became our strength, bringing together our unique insights on autonomous driving, AI, and transportation. Our core values of curiosity, resilience, and diversity shone through, proving that true innovation happens when we work together. Focused and inspired as we step into 2025.

What’s next for AV 2.0? Last week, our Head of Software Daryn Nakhuda joined Clara de Ros of Plug and Play Tech Center and Hussein Mehanna for a panel about how generative AI can propel the next phase of autonomous driving at Hyundai Motor Company (현대자동차)'s 9th Mobility Innovators Forum in San Francisco. These conversations about safety standards, regulatory hurdles, and technological advancements play an important role in shaping the future of driverless transportation.
