  • Without a clear plan, it's easy to miss out on the full potential of #Agentforce 😱 Here are four best practices to help you implement Agentforce like a pro: 🔍 Evaluate your current data readiness: Duplicates, inconsistent fields, and outdated records risk derailing your setup and making the tool harder to use.   🤝 Enable your team: Even the best tools need proper buy-in adoption. Identify key stakeholders, tailor training to different roles, and provide hands-on practice. 🗺️ Map workflows for scalability and growth: By mapping workflows before implementing Agentforce, you uncover process gaps and identify areas where automation and external tools can make the biggest impact. 💪 Leverage partner expertise with pre-built prompts, topics, and actions: Pre-built Agentforce assets designed by Salesforce experts and third-party partners can enable teams to deploy workflows immediately, seeing results faster and ensuring that implementation stays futureproof. Want to learn more about starting your Agentforce journey on the right foot? Our latest blog post dives into best practices for implementation, building for long-term success, and a Q&A with our friends (and Salesforce Implementation Experts) at Delegate 👇 https://lnkd.in/gDuZNMEp

Duplicates in your CRM are like alter egos of the real person. 🦹 So what would happen if YOUR alter egos showed up to a dinner party instead of the real you? 😏 Shout out to my friends at Traction Complete for the inspo on this one. 🙂 Who also have one of the bEsT deduplication solutions available btw. 👌🏻 So don't let duplicates crash your party...or your CRM. Get real with your records in Salesforce with Traction Complete. Link in first comment to learn more. ⬇️ PS - give them a follow on LinkedIn too, you won't be disappointed 😏 #salesforce #duplicates #deduplication #crm #salesops #salesoperations #revops #revenueoperations #marketingops #marketingoperations #mops #sops #sfdc

  • One of the biggest misunderstandings among #revenueoperations and #sales teams is not understanding the difference between having account hierarchy data and having account hierarchies in Salesforce. Ready to learn the difference, once and for all? Keep reading and save this post for later 👇 While buying account data from a third-party provider is a great start, this data doesn't automatically translate into actionable account hierarchies in #salesforce. Why? While third-party data providers can provide incredible enrichment, they cannot create or link records for you within Salesforce's Parent Account field, which is the key connector for visualizing account hierarchies. Think of it like building a house 🏠 You might have everything you need — bricks, lumber, and cement 🧱 But without a skilled builder to assemble those materials, you don't actually have a house. Third-party data providers give valuable information about parent-child relationships, subsidiaries, and other key account details. However, on its own, Salesforce doesn't assemble this data into an actionable account hierarchy — that's when you need additional tools or processes to serve as your builder. So how do you actually build account hierarchies in Salesforce? There are three ways to do so: 1️⃣ Manual chain linking: This is the most basic approach and involves manually selecting a parent account for each account record to create a chain of relationships. Sadly, this method is time-intensive, high maintenance, and doesn't scale well with complex enterprise structures. 2️⃣ Automated chain linking: This process simplifies hierarchy building through the use of Salesforce Flows or other third-party tools. These tools help automatically populate the Parent Account field by referencing a third-party database and stamping the correct account onto the record. However, automated chain linking has some limitations, such as a dependency on existing parent accounts and unnecessary account creation (just to name a few). 3️⃣ Full account hierarchy automation: This method overcomes the limitations of manual and automated chain linking, using automation to build accurate, scalable account hierarchies directly within Salesforce. Not only is it scalable for complex enterprise structures but it can support missing data and configure account hierarchies for different use cases.

  • Improving your data quality in #Salesforce doesn't just clean up your CRM. By tackling inconsistencies and marking data dependable, marketing operations teams can make campaigns more effective and improve different touchpoints. Without the right foundation, even the most sophisticated #MOps strategies won't deliver results. But before you can fix your data quality issues, you need to understand what's causing them. Otherwise, you're just putting a band-aid solution on deeper problems that are undermining your marketing efforts. Click 👉 and keep reading to learn about four hidden Salesforce #dataquality saboteurs undermining your marketing operations efforts. 1️⃣ Duplicate records cause segmentation errors that can result in sending conflicting messages, offers, or content to customers and prospects. 2️⃣ A lack of data standardization can turn one account into multiple duplicate records, cluttering your CRM and skewing reporting. On top of that, inconsistent data entry can also disrupt critical areas like industry classification or lead source. 3️⃣ Without proper field tracking and history logs, you lose visibility into what’s been changed on a record, who made the change, and why it was made. This lack of oversight can lead to unchecked errors that disrupt workflows, damage data accuracy, and make reverting incorrect edits nearly impossible. 4️⃣ When systems don’t sync correctly, updates made in another platform may not transfer accurately to Salesforce or may get overwritten by old data.
