Our CX team are located coast-to-coast, but we recently brought everyone together for an immersion day in our office in Toronto. Last week, we opened the doors to our first retail location in Western Canada. Situated in the popular South Edmonton Common shopping complex, our #Edmonton storefront showcases our entire product catalogue, inviting customers to experience and shop in person. This location also marks Canada's first concept store, pairing our brand with Endy and Sleep Country Canada to offer customers more options than ever to find their perfect sleep products. Since 2021, True North Aid’s "A Good Night’s Sleep" program (in collaboration with Silk & Snow) has provided vital sleep essentials to remote Indigenous communities across Canada. Together, we have aided 27 communities and distributed over 750 sleep sets. This past summer, we were invited by Bloodvein River First Nation in northern Manitoba to help deliver mattresses, bed frames, pillows, and sheets to members of the community. We witnessed firsthand the profound impact this initiative has on the community and were deeply moved by the people we met, and the stories we listened to. We are proud to share some of the stories from the individuals impacted by the "A Good Night's Sleep" program in Bloodvein, and hope these stories will inspire further support for True North Aid's crucial humanitarian efforts.
