Starting as a Project Manager with the company in 2017, Melissa quickly proved herself to be a leader and visionary in the world of Development and Construction. In 2021, she was promoted to Director, and since then, she has led, mentored and inspired everyone around her to reach higher and strive for excellence. In her role at Reid’s Heritage Properties, she has successfully managed and closed over 300M in finished construction. With a pipeline of over 550M already in the development stages, she is set for a period of robust and sustained growth as her career continues. "In this new role, Melissa brings a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience cultivated over 10+ years in the construction industry.
