Exciting times at Propra! We’ve just wrapped up an incredible two-week journey across North America, connecting with real estate visionaries and industry leaders. Here’s a glimpse of our adventure: 🌴 Miami: Kicked off at the Canadian Consulate’s Proptech Day, engaging with realtors, developers, and urban planners on innovative neighborhood development, including the minds behind Wynwood, Design District, and Flagler Street. Huge thanks to Tigre Wenrich and Rafael V. of LAB Ventures for their invaluable insights, and a special shoutout to Mark Strasser and Matt Waldron from the Consulate for bringing this day together! We also attended the South Florida Real Estate Forum brought to us by The Real Deal, where we gained fresh perspectives on Miami’s booming market and engaged with property owners and managers. 🏙️ Boston: We had an amazing time at NAR NXT! Our very own Al-Karim spoke on “Unleashing New Revenue Horizons in Your Real Estate Business Through Property Management,” sharing strategies for diversifying income streams. A huge thank you to Mike, Lynette, Bob, and Ashley for their support! 🍁 Edmonton: Shino and Al-Karim met up with some of our customers (including a new furry friend named Pluto!) and attended the Alberta Residential Landlord Association AGM 2024. We were proud to sponsor the very popular photo booth at this fantastic event—kudos to Donna, Brittany, and Kelsy for making it all possible! These experiences have truly highlighted the value of what we do at Propra.
