Most contractors would opt to pull all the piping off the only available wall and redo the piping for a few days. We opted to pull the 30+ year old WM GV6 and replace it with a new NTI Floor Mounted Compass NC199 Firetube Boiler. The universal piping configuration made piping a dream. Add the Adey magnetic filter for anything we didn't catch with Fernox F3. To make things even better we replaced the old Plexvent venting with Ecco Snap Rabbit PPS venting, the only venting product with the easiest locking bands that WON'T let go, unless you unsnap them. I assisted in this job to prove time savings, Scott Koerper, Scott Mechanical and myself, as his helper, did this job, start to finish in less than 8 hours.
