Mattamy's Tucson Division has recently closed on 49 acres of land in Marana, Arizona. The upcoming community known as Solaire at Silverbell Ridge, will be Mattamy's ninth community in Marana and is an extension of the company's Westbridge at Silverbell community that opened for sale in 2023. In early December, Mattamy Homes Canada’s co-op students wrapped up Sustainability Capstone Projects, where cross-disciplinary teams researched ways to reduce our embodied carbon. After months of collaboration, the teams presented their findings to a panel of senior leaders, showcasing their innovative solutions. The initiative received glowing feedback and will continue each term with a new sustainability focus, empowering the next generation of leaders. Mattamy's Phoenix Division has recently acquired 118 acres of land for its newest community, Rosewood Heights in San Tan Valley, AZ. This new community will be Mattamy's newest sizable acquisition to be developed and built solely by the builder, offering a variety of floorplans across three distinct home collections and master planned-caliber amenities for residents, making it an attractive destination for homebuyers. Mattamy Homes Canada is excited to stand alongside Toronto Maple Leafs goalie, Joseph Woll, in support of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). Our partnership with Woll was sparked at a CAMH fundraiser, where he purchased a tie to show his commitment to mental health advocacy. Inspired by his gesture, a friendly challenge was made: if Woll wears the tie during a home game and the Leafs win, Mattamy will donate $5,000 to CAMH. If he achieves a shutout, Mattamy will double the contribution to $10,000. This unique wager covers regular and post-seasons games, meaning that every Leafs home game offers an opportunity to make a difference. To amplify our impact, Mattamy has also pledged an additional $75,000 to CAMH, aiming to support their critical work in mental health and addiction.
