It's also one of the realest conversations I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Josh is an incredibly honest, vulnerable, and inspiring leader - and also a human being I've known him long enough to have already developed a deep respect for him, but this took it to a whole new level Its easy to talk about all the wins. Its hard, and way more valuable to talk about the mistakes, why they made them, and what they learned. LiveCA has much more success than failure under its belt, and I think a big part of that is because of the character of their leaders.
