The ICPA Training and Development Network, led by Dorin Muresan and Doug Dretke, is currently delivering a transformative Training of Trainers workshop in collaboration with the Namibian Correctional Service. This intensive program focuses on fundamental safeguards against torture and ill-treatment during detention, empowering correctional professionals with essential skills and knowledge to uphold human rights standards. Through interactive sessions, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training, participants are developing crucial competencies to become effective trainers and catalysts for positive change in correctional services.
