what a year it’s been! as 2024 comes to a close, we’re pausing to celebrate a year filled with growth, connection, and meaningful moments here at DiveThru 🌟 here are just a few highlights we’re celebrating: 📍 two new DiveThru locations opened their doors in St. Albert and Windermere, allowing us to provide therapy to even more people 💜 our Reduced Rate Therapy program got a big revamp, making therapy more accessible and reducing financial barriers for those who need it 🛋️ we expanded our therapist team, welcoming so many amazing professionals who are dedicated to creating safe, compassionate spaces for healing 📚 professional development days became a regular part of our schedule, empowering our therapist team to keep learning and growing in their work 🪴 we connected with our community at incredible events, deepening our relationships with local organizations and individuals 🤝 we hosted free workshops for businesses and organizations, helping their teams prioritize mental health and well-being in the workplace this year has been full of growth, connection, and meaningful impact—and we couldn’t have done it without the incredible people who are part of the DiveThru journey. whether you’re a client, a therapist, or a community member, we’re so grateful for you 💜 #DiveThru

With DiveThru's mission of ensuring no one struggles alone in mind, we started our Reduced Rate Therapy program last year. The program quickly filled so we’ve been exploring ways we can expand our impact to support more individuals. I’m happy to share that we have expanded the capacity of the program and simplified the process to ensure more people can access therapy, regardless of their financial situation. You can submit your application within minutes and get started as early as this week! Starting therapy can be hard. And finding accessible therapy is even harder. If you or someone you know are looking for affordable therapy in Edmonton or virtually across Alberta, please take a look — and I would be forever grateful if you could amplify this post! I'm thrilled to announce that we're opening our third DiveThru location in the heart of Windermere! When I first began my own mental health journey, I had countless questions. I didn’t know how to find a therapist, what the different credentials meant, or what to expect from therapy. After all the effort it took to find support, I found the experience too clinical and impersonal. More than anything, I felt ashamed for struggling and needing help. That’s why I started DiveThru—to make the therapy journey easier, to create a warm and welcoming space, and to build a world where no one has to struggle alone or feel ashamed for seeking support.
